Working as a Hair Transplant Doctor, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the clinical team demonstrating proficiencies in both medical and surgical care. The role will require substantial in-house training by our owners and Surgeons, Dr Fernando and Dr Vara, to give the successful candidate every chance of excelling in their role.
The role will include holding consultations with patients around their hair loss and creating their hair transplant surgical plan. On days of surgery the Doctor will be required to carry out all steps of surgery from anaesthesia, surgical steps, graft care and post-surgery reviews.

Role: Hair Transplant Doctor
Location: In our London clinic, Unit 13 Princeton Court, Felsham Road, London, SW15 1AZ
Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 07:00am- 5:30pm
Work remotely: Yes - where permitted on consultation days (normally Wednesdays) otherwise in role is mainly in clinic

ROLE
Patient Consultations
- Provide hair loss consultations and assess patients' needs to develop a tailored treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies in hair restoration
- Collaborate with our clinical and front of house team of to provide exceptional patient care and support with the flow of patient and surgical bookings
- Collaborate with patients to plan appropriate hair transplant surgery in keeping with principles learned during onboarding
Surgery
- Perform all steps of hair transplant surgery to the quality and level taught at onboarding
- Perform all pre and post-operative follow ups with patients
- Able to handle out of hours patient concerns
- Ensuring open lines of communication with the surgical team
Other
- Performing other administrative and ad hoc duties as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Medical Degree with current GMC registration with no probity concerns
- Post-F2 year or higher
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Efficient, organised, able to multitask and responds to changing clinic needs
- Excellent communication skills and consultation manner with patients
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of patient service
- Flexible team player with a positive, “yes I can” attitude
- Computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe PDF
EXPERIENCE:
- No Experience of hair transplant surgery required

Pay:
£38,000 - 60,000 per annum depending on experience and training required.
